EARTH TO RELEASE NEW ALBUM, HEAR SOME OF IT NOW

Seattle's droning heavy rockers EARTH will return with new music Sept 2nd. The release titled, Primitive And Deadly, will be the first to feature vocal contributions since 1996's 'Pentastar' album. Rabia Shaheen Qazi (Rose Windows) has lent her beautiful voice to the song, "From The Zodiacal Light," while the fifth track, "Rooks Across The Gates," features a classic vocal performance from Mark Lanegan (Screaming Trees).

On Primitive And Deadly, Earth founders Dylan Carlson and Adrienne Davies are joined by bassist Bill Herzog (Sunn O))), Joel RL Phelps, Jesse Sykes and the Sweet Hereafter) and additional guitarists Brett Netson (Built To Spill, Caustic Resin) and Jodie Cox (Narrows).
