"We're extremely excited to announce that Claudio Simonetti's Goblin will return to the 20th edition of Roadburn Festival, set for April 9 - 12 at the 013 venue in Tilburg, The Netherlands, to perform their much acclaimed movie soundtracks for the well-known cult-classic horror movies Dawn Of The Dead and Suspiria."
We were lucky enough to see Goblin perform Suspiria at Phil Anselmo and Corey Mitchell's Housecore Horror Film Festival in Austin, TX last year with a different band lineup. Original members Maurizio Guarini and Massimo Morante were on that show. Simonetti's Goblin is original keyboardist and co-founder Claudio Simonetti plus members from a Goblin cover band. Still, with Simonetti at the helm, it should be an awesome show.
Roadburn is shaping up to be a killer fest as they have also confirmed Fields Of The Nephilim, Zombi, Profetus, Salem's Pot, Electric Citizen & Monolord so far.
